I bought my house a year ago and the mortgage was issued for one year, so it is low. My financial adviser has contacted me a second mortgage and have a meeting on Monday. She told me to do an assessment before that date, to see if possible, to see if the value has increased as it will help to address a better mortgage. How do I get? I need a copy of the assessment.
