AC condensation ruining ceiling? - ductwork condensation

Two years ago we changed our roof because of hail damage is a rarity (in our part of Texas), and chose REPLC with metal roofs. Meanwhile, cut a continuous chain of ventilation. The end result is that the attic is now * much cooler. (eg 150 F) until the outside temperature. I'm pretty sure it's okay broadcast (though perhaps well-ventilated?).

Recently, I started to notice the color of the bubbles on the ceiling in the house and the places where the plaster was erroded below the surface. In some stages, you would see a slight depression, but if in the collapse, as if the casting had been dragged Woud affected, but the paper and the plaster surface was maintained. The plaster underneath is stained.

Our line AC is the type of mylar tubing and extends to the attic. I guess, but not confirmed that the problem of condensation on the AC channels. But perhaps the problem is can also ...
