I am thinking about setting up a small catering business cooking at dinner parties in people's homes? - small catering business

Is there anyone who is currently in the industry or similar have any advice? Are there any good literature on the venture? Thank you!

It is very difficult to do.
I cook dinner and we / wedding / funeral etc TBH these days and with supermarkets sofas and salmon caviar really make no place for them, the price for someone to come and what can be enormous .. .

U could be in the kitchen, but theres someone out there whos good marketing good. make a team. much better chance of success.

Hmm ... Think about what you need to think about dinner bill and then about what it costs to produce meals, remember to make vat@17.5% profit if you can live above the poverty line, while she wants, but I think you'll find it! Good luck!
