Muscle Spasms Cerebral Palsy Will Drinking Chamomile Tea Help Relax My Muscle Tension And Spasms?

Will drinking Chamomile Tea help relax my muscle tension and spasms? - muscle spasms cerebral palsy

I have mild cerebral palsy. I have heard of chamomile tea is an antispasmodic and to relieve muscle spasms. Is that true help for the stomach and intestines, or even with my stress and muscle spasms in other parts of the body?

Chamomile tea is good for the nerves, calming and soothing and calming. It also helps you manage gastrointestinal problems, abdominal cramps, bloating, swelling and inflammation of the mucous membrane of the stomach.

Rosemary, lavender, marjoram and soothe sore muscles ..... Mix 3 tablespoons each of dried rosemary and lavender mrajoram. Place mixture in a double layer of muslin or just a face wash to throw the machine around wrapped around the herbs and tie with string and into the bathtub, fill the tub. or tap on the appropriate link to connect the flow of water in touch ........ Then lay back and enjoy the luxury of 15 to 20 minutes! Enjoy.

It can help. I know it helps relax the body, if I tense muscles, I do not know if this is true for all.

Grass Goddess has some great suggestions, and I agree that chamomile is not strong enough for this condition. I would add to the list of cramp bark and wild lettuce.

As in the gastrointestinal tract, you think of the marshmallow root and cure pills.

While chamomile helps with muscle cramps, is very sweet, and I do not think is the best grass for your condition.

Scullcap has a relaxing effect on nerves and the senses. Unlike herbs like chamomile, passionflower, valerian, and can contribute a certain amount of temporary relief, Scullcap really helps nourish, to tone and repair of damaged nerves over time. Therefore it needs more time, more the effect is sustainable.

Oat straw is another wonderful nerve tonic that is most suitable for regular use in the long run.

Therefore, I suggest using a combination of Scullcap Oatsraw and either tea or tincture 3 times daily for at least 3 months of long-term maintenance.

In addition, you may need something a little stronger at times. Kava Kava is so incredibly soothing to the nerves and muscles, but may take a little sleep in high doses. This is one of my favorite herbs. Do not be alarmed if your tongue and mouth get so insensitive, it is perfectly normal.

Lady's slipper orchid rootsis almost purely a stimulating and can do wonders with cramps, but can be difficult to find because it is a species threatened with extinction.

Please do not hesitate to me with questions or simply to let contact with me if you try one of them, and how they work for you.
