Halloween Party Help! Costumes, decorations, activities etc for teens? - do it yourself party decorations
Hey!
I have a Halloween party for friends and my mother told me, go ahead and do it, but you're old enough to organize themselves with a full budget.
That sounds like fun ... But as you've probably noticed there is a kind of short and my budget is not huge!
